True. Some of our hydrogen is not derived from stellar sources, since humans can generate hydrogen via other mechanisms but those molecules are made of elements and those elements are made from stars. So, you can just follow the regressive path back to sellar sources, one way or another.
Jesus? That was just a tongue in cheek question, for fun.

Some hydrogen appeared before the first stars, not long after the big bang. Some hydrogen in us is from that source.

I fail to see the connection between what the subscribers of your blog have to say as contingent to the lifecycle of stars that produce (and continue to produce) the prime elements found in the universe. If the personal beliefs of your regular readers unanimously assert Jesus died for our sins, how does this change the proof from repeated evidence showing the death of stars produces the necessary elements we know and depend upon today? For if God/Jesus claim to have created the universe (after the earth btw), why are stars still producing the prime elements that make up all living organisms? I thought God was done.
To be clear, are you claiming that stars don’t explode, and that the various elements produced during different phases of a star’s lifecycle are false? Are you also saying the bible is more accurate in describing the celestial mechanics of stars and galaxies as mere points of light that can fall from the sky?
Jesus gets credit for being roped into an unsustainable social construct — if he ever existed at all. That said, nothing suggested stars died for your sins, only that we all wouldn’t be here if it were not for the lifecycle of stars producing the elements we know of today.

Humans are here, thanks to the stars, but totally by accident. We are here, some 4.5 billion years after the earth formed out of a band of debris circling a star. Humans (as in homo sapiens) evolved from other species showed up about 300,000 years ago. It has all gone downhill since then, with civilization, politics, and religion. Imagine how much better this planet would be if no animal had risen above the rest and life just went on. The natural world does not need humans. We are irrelevant, hopefully extinct soon and the world will be a better place.
